Practicing methods of inclusion makes a significant impact on equity among team members. One of the ways this can be promoted is through recognition. A 2023 Deloitte Survey found that organizations with recognition and celebration programs were 12x more likely to have strong business outcomes.*

This Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion seminar will focus on recognizing the difference between equity and equality. Although the two terms may sound similar and often get misinterpreted as the same, the implementation of one versus the other can lead to dramatically different outcomes.
