BLACK HISTORY MONTH & ALLYSHIP
In this educational and inspiring seminar, attendees will gain an understanding of Black history through events of today, and be given the tools to identify unintentional discrimination against members of a marginalized group. By discussing the presence of personal privilege in everyday life, individuals are empowered to take steps towards allyship. Through interactive exercises, participants will walk away with the awareness and actionable tools needed to incorporate allyship personally and professionally.
